A general meeting was held in Paris yesterday evening (November 27) to form the committee of Euro Bangla Press Club France.
Journalist and columnist Taijul Faiz, President of the Central Committee of Euro Bangla Press Club announced a 21-member committee with ATN Bangla (UK) France representative Taj Uddin as the president and Nazmul Haque of Daily Bangladesh Alo France representative as general secretary.
Director of Legal Aid Azad Miah, President of Global Jalalabad Association France Faisal Uddin, Vice President of Human Rights Commission France Mahbubul Haque Koych, DBC News France Representative Senior Journalist Iqbal Md Zafar, Gazi TV France Representative Mizanur Rahman gave speeches welcoming the newly elected committee.
Other members of Euro Bangla Press Club France are Zakir Khan, Ahmed Faiz, Joint General Secretary Moinul Haque, Moinul Hussain Parvez, Organizing Secretary Khandaker Imamul Hasan, Nurul Amin, Literary and Cultural Affairs Secretary Parvez Alam, Information Technology Affairs Secretary Jubel Ahmad, Office and Sports Affairs Secretary Sakibur Rahman Lovelu, Finance Secretary Abdul Aziz, Senior Member Kabi Sohel Ahmad, Faiz Ahmad, Siraj Uddin.
The speakers in the meeting said that the nation can get a light path through the writings of journalists in this transition of the nation. Through Satya Nyaya, Euro Bangla Press Club’s current role in the diaspora will play a strong role in advancing the press club’s activities.
